At first I could not take off the case and made a review about that. My particular issues were:1) Upon first picking up the mouse the left mouse click seemed slightly looser than the right; didnt think too much of it but later on the mouse developed an issue with double clicking on a single button press. north face beyond the wall shorts I tried pressing the power button a few times, I tried pressing the -/+ buttons at the same time, still speaks in Chinese.
